Vernel Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd is a Ship Manning Company, which has been operational in Crew Manning services since November 2008. We are certified in accordance with MLC 2006 as amended, ISO 9001:2015 and holding Licensee No: RPSL- MUM-116 issued by Director General of Shipping Government Of India. Our core objective is to satisfy every request of our client by becoming what we call “in-house out-sourced crew manning”.

Crew selection procedure is elaborate. Documents, Certificate of Competency, reference checks with previous employers, is conducted for each and every crew member. We ensure that each of the seafarers holds valid travel documents and Certificates required for the rank. Authenticity of certificates is verified from issuing authorities. Each crew member is interviewed to assess his knowledge and understanding of job responsibilities for the applied rank.

Emphasis is laid on Training Requirements. All crew members are encouraged to update their Training so that their professional expertise is always up-to-date.

If required, we do provide crew from Pakistan, Sri-Lanka and other countries as well. We can supply candidates that have great professional experience on Oiler Tanker, Bulk Carrier, General Cargo, Ro-Ro, Offshore Tugs, Anchor Handling Tug and other kinds of vessel.

With a view to provide complete crew management services to the clients, right from sourcing of suitable crew with adequate experience as per client requirements; we also provide services for Visas, Domestic & International Air Travel Bookings, Domestic Hotel Bookings, supply of  Working Gear and other miscellaneous services, all at Actual Costs to owners.

The Company has been formed with a view to provide reliable and cost effective Crew Manning Services to our Client, Gulf Maritime Shipmanagement Co. (W.L.L.) – Safat, Kuwait. We believe in transparency when dealing with our clients as well as with the seafarers.
